About the Role
ABCL Safety Consultants is seeking a reliable Office Boy to support daily office operations, including serving refreshments, maintaining cleanliness, handling documents, and purchasing supplies.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
- Assist with office cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office when required
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization
- Purchase office supplies, pantry items, and other materials as instructed
- Support staff with general office assistance and administrative tasks
- Monitor pantry and cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for client meetings and training sessions
- Perform other duties assigned by the Administration team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or Housekeeping Assistant in the UAE
- Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage)
- Honest, punctual, and well groomed
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and office support duties
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Key Responsibilities
