Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our business development and sales teams.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end sales support process, including handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and client documentation
- Handle RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions in coordination with sales and technical teams
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, procurement) to ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
- Track orders, deliveries, and payment status to ensure smooth execution
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners regarding inquiries and updates
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, documentation, and contract details
- Assist in preparing reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role
- Experience in handling RFQs, tenders, or technical/commercial proposals is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
