- With 65+ team members, we operate on a consultative, small MOQ model built for emerging and growing brands.
The Role
- We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Client Acquisition Manager in managing the full sales pipeline.
- This is an operational support role not a sales role, designed to free the Client Acquisition Manager to focus on prospecting, pitching, and closing.
- You will own the administrative, coordination, and communication layer of the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the CRM (ClickUp) – update lead status, log all client interactions, and flag stale opportunities.
- Track enquiry to close conversion at each stage and flag bottlenecks to the Client Acquisition Manager.
- Build and manage a structured follow up schedule so no lead goes cold.
- Prepare weekly pipeline reports and summaries for the MD and Client Acquisition Manager.
- Handle initial inbound enquiry responses, qualifying leads before escalating to the Client Acquisition Manager.
- Prepare and send proposals, capability decks, pricing summaries, and intro materials under the guidance of the Client Acquisition Manager.
- Coordinate client onboarding handover to the Merchandising team once a deal is closed ensuring the brief, scope, and timeline are clearly transferred.
- Maintain a professional and timely communication standard across all client touchpoints.
- Liaise with Merchandising and Sampling & Production to gather turnaround timelines, MOQs, and production availability in support of client quotes.
- Coordinate briefing documents and ensure client requirements are accurately communicated internally.
- Support the preparation of meeting agendas, call notes, and action logs.
- Maintain and update a library of sales collateral: capability presentations, case study templates, service one pagers.
What We Are Looking For

- Professional and client facing manner — you represent the business in written correspondence.
- A self starter who manages their own task list without constant direction.
- Background in fashion, textiles, manufacturing, or a B2B service industry (preferred).
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, or client presentations (preferred).
- Familiarity with UAE business culture and the regional fashion market (preferred).
- Experience supporting a client facing team in a fast paced SME environment (preferred).

- No enquiry is dropped or left without a response within 24 hours.
- Proposals and follow up materials go out faster and more professionally than before.
- The handover from 'closed deal' to active client is seamless and well documented.
