About the Role
Creative Platform is seeking a Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors at their Dubai garment manufacturing office. The role includes front desk management, communication, sales support, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, suppliers, and guests professionally
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the right department or person
- Handle general inquiries in person, by phone, email, and social media
- Keep the front desk, meeting room, and fitting room clean and presentable; offer refreshments and coordinate with the Office Boy
- Manage meeting/fitting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared
- Manage visitor registration and notify staff of guest arrivals
- Monitor presentability of offices and workshop areas
- Manage incoming/outgoing emails and route correspondence appropriately
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries
- Communicate promptly with internal teams on deliveries and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
- Follow up with customers on inquiries and appointments, referencing ClickUp for order/project status updates within scope, escalating to the relevant department or Merchandiser as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (fashion/manufacturing industry a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
- Professional, well groomed, and client facing demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM/project management tools (ClickUp experience a plus)
- Based in or able to commute to Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai

Compensation
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,000.00 per hour
