Account Management and Reorders
- Own a defined portfolio of existing B2B accounts and serve as their day-to-day commercial point of contact.
- Track order history, consumption patterns, and reorder cycles, and contact clients proactively before stock runs low.
- Convert reorder requests into confirmed orders with accurate quantities, specifications, artwork, and delivery timelines.
- Reactivate dormant or lapsed accounts through structured follow-up and win-back conversations.
- Maintain a rolling reorder calendar and pipeline showing expected order dates and values.
Account Growth
- Identify additional client needs such as new bag sizes, materials, finishes, seasonal ranges, packaging, and branded merchandise.
- Present relevant products from the wider range using samples, catalogues, and case examples.
- Grow share of wallet and average order value through well-timed, value-led recommendations.
- Pass genuinely new-business leads or large custom projects to the founder or field sales team with a documented handover.
Order Coordination
- Coordinate quotations, pro-forma invoices, and order confirmations in line with approved pricing and margin guidelines.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and logistics to confirm lead times and keep clients informed from confirmation to delivery.
- Follow up on approvals, artwork sign-offs, payments, and delivery confirmations to prevent order stalls.
Client Service and CRM
- Resolve client queries and complaints promptly, escalating where needed and closing the loop with the client.
