Role overview
Provide personal and office driving services for the Managing Director, family members, staff, and company-related errands across Dubai and the UAE.
Driving and transport duties
- Drive the Managing Director and family members safely and punctually to offices, meetings, schools, appointments, airports, and other destinations.
- Provide staff transport for client visits and events, as well as courier, document, product sample, and delivery runs.
- Handle bank, typing-centre, government-office, and vehicle-related administrative visits.
- Assist passengers with luggage, shopping, school bags, packages, and child safety requirements.
- Adapt to last-minute changes and keep relevant people informed.
Safety and compliance
- Drive defensively and smoothly in compliance with UAE traffic law and RTA regulations.
- Maintain a clean traffic record with zero at-fault accidents and no avoidable fines.
- Report fines and incidents to HR or Admin on the same day.
- Complete a morning vehicle safety check covering tyres, lights, fluids, brakes, fuel, and child seats where applicable.
- Respond calmly to breakdowns, accidents, police procedures, and insurance claims.
Vehicle and document management
- Carry valid driving, identity, registration, and insurance documents and report expiry dates.
- Keep vehicles spotless, fuelled, and ready for use.
- Coordinate servicing, oil changes, tyre rotation, registration and insurance renewals, and repairs with Admin.
Required qualifications
- Hold a valid driving license and required UAE documents, including Emirates ID, Mulkiya, and insurance.
- Comply with UAE traffic law and RTA regulations.
- Maintain a clean traffic record with zero at-fault accidents and no avoidable fines.
- Know emergency procedures for breakdowns, accidents, police matters, and insurance claims.
