About the Role

- Prepare and send quotations to customers
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding inquiries, orders, and customer requirements
- Schedule appointments for Sales Engineers
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
- Provide administrative support to the sales department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales, sales coordination, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator cum Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate new business leads and follow up with existing customers.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Experience in a technical service company is an added advantage.
