- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with company standards
- Prepare and review quality documents, reports, procedures, and work instructions
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Conduct employee induction and technical training programs
- Develop training materials, presentations, and assessment tools
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records
- Coordinate with various departments to improve quality and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and industry regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC and training activities
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Experience in calibration, inspection, industrial services, or technical industries is an advantage
- UAE driving license will be advantage

Overview
- We are looking for a QA/QC Cum Trainer Executive with experience in quality assurance, quality control, and technical training.
