- Provide administrative & operational support
- Manage office communications by answering phones, routing calls, and responding to emails
- Assist with office supply management, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Help with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and materials
- Welcome guests and visitors with professionalism and direct them as needed
- Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient office workspace
- Support other team members with various tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not mandatory

Internship Overview
