Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements, respond promptly, and follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.
• Coordinate site visits, inspections, and appointments with clients and site teams.
• Maintain enquiry, quotation, lead, approval, and project records.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, estimators, and technicians regarding project requirements.
• Generate leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and business networking.
• Maintain client relationships and prepare daily or weekly sales follow-up reports.
• Promote company services, identify opportunities, and hand over confirmed projects to operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience in UAE contracting, maintenance, construction, fit-out, MEP, or facilities management is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, follow-up, customer service, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, email communication, and sales record management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams.
• Fluent English is required.
• Arabic or other language knowledge and a UAE driving license are advantageous.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

• The stated pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
