Role Overview
Sales Coordinator supporting the Business Development Manager for EPC projects.
The role links the BDM with the Estimation/Tendering team throughout the opportunity-to-bid process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between the BDM and Estimation/Tendering teams for EPC opportunities.
- Receive and circulate RFQs, ITTs, and project information.
- Communicate scope details, deadlines, and client requirements accurately.
- Maintain bid registers, opportunity trackers, and tender logs.
- Organize tender documents, drawings, correspondence, and revisions.
- Prepare coordination notes and meeting minutes.
- Track approvals, queries, and clarifications during tendering.
- Support technical and commercial submissions.
- Maintain proposal and submission document control.
- Coordinate with procurement for vendor quotations when required.
- Assist with presentations, prequalification documents, and client communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and version control of bid documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Three years of EPC project experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- The position is permanent and work is performed in person.
