Job Overview
- The Sales Coordinator must follow the direction of his/her immediate Supervisor and operates in accordance with the Company Policy.
Sales Enquiries
- Providing Administrative assistance and support to Sales Team.
- Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations.
- Assisting the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date.
- Preparing Monthly Bookings Report.
- Preparing correspondences to the client.
- Preparing LOI/PO Acknowledgement.
- Preparation and Release of ORF as control copy.
- Handling ISO documents for SME.
- Handling exhibition bookings.
- Handling marketing materials.
- Registering projects and managing project statuses.
Document Submittals
- Online Vendor Registration for Oil and Gas Companies.
- Maintaining tracker for vendor registrations.
- Registering requests in Synergy and Submittal Manager for Submittals and Pre qualification documents.
- Preparing Submittal/Pre Qualification documents.
- Drafting the compliance statements.
- Preparing Compliance statements to project specifications, recording and responding to consultant comments in a timely manner under the review and supervision of the Department Head.
- Maintaining tracker for consultants and projects.
- Ensure the inventory of marketing materials.
Pay
- From AED 6,000 per month
