About the Role
We are seeking a Production Engineer to monitor shop floor operations, review drawings, prepare work instructions, and coordinate with planning and stores. You will analyze workforce utilization, design layouts, and lead a production team of 100+ employees.

- Monitor shop floor giving same importance to safety as production output
- Review drawings, order release form and demonstrate effectively to supervisors or team leaders
- Prepare and improve Work Instruction, Risk Assessment for major manufacturing
- Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace
- Coordinate with Planning and Stores for material movement and execution of the plan
- Review and update daily Work Orders released by Planning
- Ensure efficient execution of services in compliance with order release form
- Update raw material consumption and analyze performance daily
- Report machine breakdown and coordinate with Facility to ensure machine availability
- Monitor and analyze performance of men and machines
- Lead by example, train and guide the production team of 100+ employees
- Prepare and update ISO documentations/SOP for production
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 5 years experience as Production Engineer (Preferred)
- Knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment
- Ability to read drawings and order release forms
- Experience with ISO documentation and SOPs
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Role Overview
- The Production Engineer must follow the direction of his/her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shop floor giving same importance to the Safety as production output
- Review drawings, order release form and demonstrate effectively to the supervisors or team leader.
- Prepare and improve Work Instruction, Risk Assessment for major manufacturing utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards
- Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with Planning and Stores for material movement and execution of the plan
- Review and update daily Work Orders released by Planning
- Ensure the efficient execution of all services in compliance with the order release form and work closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement
- Update raw material consumption and analyze the performance daily
- Report machine breakdown and coordinate with Facility to ensure machines/equipment are available for production
- Monitor and analyze performance of men and machines
- Lead by example, train and guide the production team of 100+ employees
- Prepare and update ISO documentations/SOP for production

- Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month
