Role Overview
Al Warqa Survey Engineering is seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator.
The role supports sales and business development activities in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and proposals.
- Handle vendor registration and prequalification with clients, consultants, and government entities.
- Make regular telephone calls to potential and existing clients.
- Maintain quotation, enquiry, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams on proposals and client requirements.
- Update client information and follow-up status in the CRM.
Requirements
- Good English communication and telephone skills are required.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Previous sales coordination or telecalling experience is preferred.
- Experience in an engineering or construction company is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
