Role overview
AWSE is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure field teams reach sites on time with the required passes, personnel, and equipment.
The company operates as a survey and geospatial business across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Apply for and follow up on gate passes, NOCs, work permits, and security clearances for client sites, ports, free zones, and government authorities.
- Prepare crew lists, vehicle lists, identification copies, insurance letters, and HSE documents as required by each client.
- Coordinate crews, vehicles, accommodation, and survey equipment for daily and out-of-town jobs.
- Maintain the permit calendar, equipment register, and document expiry tracker.
- Send the next-day mobilisation plan daily and act as the first point of contact for site teams with access or logistics issues.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, site coordination, or logistics in the UAE.
- Hands-on experience with UAE gate-pass, NOC, and permit processes.
- Port or free-zone experience is preferred.
- Strong organisation and follow-up habits.
- Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with a survey, construction, or contracting company is preferred.
