Role Overview
Project Coordinator role requiring independent work, quick thinking, and full ownership of assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects from mobilization through final delivery.
- Plan manpower, equipment, site access, and daily schedules.
- Follow up with clients, site teams, and technical departments.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverable quality.
- Identify problems early and take immediate corrective action.
- Maintain project records, reports, and communication.
- Ensure projects are completed professionally and on time.
Requirements
- Previous project coordination experience is required.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and make timely decisions.
- Candidates should be organized, responsible, and capable of handling pressure.
- Surveying, engineering, or construction experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Two years of land surveying experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
