Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their estate planning requirements and provide suitable wills and related legal solutions
- Educate clients on the importance of estate planning, wills, guardianship provisions, and asset protection strategies
- Guide clients through the end to end wills and estate planning process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Follow up on leads, conduct consultations, and convert prospects into clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Momentum's legal services and estate planning offerings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal legal and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Identify opportunities to improve client engagement, sales processes, and service offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in consultative sales, legal services, financial services, insurance, wealth management, or related client facing role
- Proven track record in sales with demonstrated success in converting leads into clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records

Education & Experience

- Experience in wills, estate planning, legal advisory services, or similar sectors is highly preferred
- Highly organized, structured, and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Non Negotiable Skills / Must Haves
- Proven track record in sales with demonstrated success in converting leads into clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales planning and pipeline management capabilities
- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients discussing sensitive estate planning matters
- Experience using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records
