About the Role
Momentum Corporate Services is seeking an AML Agent in Abu Dhabi to perform customer due diligence, monitor for suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations.

Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing risk assessments of new and existing customers
- Collect and analyse identification and financial records (SOW, SOF)
- Monitor customers for suspicious financial activity or behaviour
- Escalate high risk cases to senior management and MLRO
- Assist in preparation of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
- Support development and improvement of AML/CFT and CDD policies
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Fraud & Payments teams
- Promote compliance awareness across the company
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in AML, Compliance, KYC, or CDD roles
- Familiarity with AML & CFT regulations
- Proficiency in conducting customer risk assessments
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in English
- Gaming industry experience desirable

Role Purpose
- Maintain compliance with AML & CFT regulations and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) standards
- Analyse customer behaviour to detect and prevent potential risks associated with money laundering and terrorist financing
- Collaborate with internal teams to enforce regulatory standards
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing risk assessments of new and existing customers
- Collect and analyse identification and financial records such as Source of Wealth (SOW), Source of Funds (SOF)
- Monitor customers for suspicious financial activity or behaviour
- Effective customer interactions in alignment with the RG framework and guidelines
- Escalate high risk cases to senior management, including the MLRO
- Assist in the preparation of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
- Support the development and continuous improvement of AML/CFT and CDD policies
- Work closely with Customer Support and Fraud & Payments teams
- Promote compliance awareness across the company
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in AML, Compliance, KYC, or CDD roles
- Familiarity with AML & CFT regulations
- Proficiency in conducting customer risk assessments
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
