Position Overview

  • This Sales Consultant – Retail position is a key front facing role at SARA Group, contributing to our goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting ambitious sales objectives.
  • Based in KSA, you will be part of a vibrant showroom team, playing a vital role in connecting customers to our high quality products, while representing the company’s values and standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve individual sales targets while supporting the overall objectives of the Building Materials Division.
  • Provide an authentic and personalized customer experience, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
  • Monitor and report daily sales activities, providing feedback to the sales manager about operations and product performance.
  • Execute merchandising strategies in compliance with SARA and Principal Suppliers’ guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate product pricing and barcode labeling according to company policy.
  • Investigate lost sales opportunities and customer accounts to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Division Leader to suggest innovative marketing promotions and strategies.
  • Assess competitor activity and provide insights to enhance our market positioning.
  • Review new product performance and customer feedback, preparing actionable plans for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Keep the team motivated, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Comply with ERP and CRM systems to optimize sales processes and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience or a fresh graduate with demonstrated sales potential.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You bring confidence, drive, and a commitment to delivering top notch customer service.
