Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets while supporting the overall objectives of the Building Materials Division
- Provide an authentic and personalized customer experience, ensuring clients feel valued and understood
- Monitor and report daily sales activities, providing feedback to the sales manager about operations and product performance
- Execute merchandising strategies in compliance with SARA and Principal Suppliers’ guidelines
- Ensure accurate product pricing and barcode labeling according to company policy
- Investigate lost sales opportunities and customer accounts to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the Division Leader to suggest innovative marketing promotions and strategies
- Assess competitor activity and provide insights to enhance our market positioning
- Review new product performance and customer feedback, preparing actionable plans for improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Keep the team motivated, fostering a positive and energetic work environment
- Comply with ERP and CRM systems to optimize sales processes and customer interactions
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience or a fresh graduate with demonstrated sales potential
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, drive, and a commitment to delivering top notch customer service

Position Overview
- This Sales Consultant – Retail position is a key front facing role at SARA Group, contributing to our goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting ambitious sales objectives.
- Based in KSA, you will be part of a vibrant showroom team, playing a vital role in connecting customers to our high quality products, while representing the company’s values and standards.
What You’ll Do
