Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable mattresses and furniture products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads and follow up with customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and close sales.
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- At least six months of Sales Executive experience in the mattress domain.
- Mattress or furniture sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated approach.
- Presentable and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
- The role includes attractive sales commission.
Workplace
- The role is based in person in Dubai.
