About The Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Jeddah.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the advertising and creative production sector.

The ideal candidate will not only possess a proven track record in B2B sales but also demonstrate a solid understanding of marketing principles, advertising campaigns, and photography processes.

You will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, ensuring seamless communication between their business needs and our creative production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Sales Strategy & Execution**
  • : Develop and implement proactive sales plans aimed at attracting new clients and achieving revenue targets.
  • **Relationship Management**
  • : Cultivate, build, and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • **Business Proposals**
  • : Prepare, present, and deliver comprehensive and highly tailored business proposals that address specific client objectives.
  • **Negotiation & Closing**
  • : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while successfully closing deals.
  • **Market Intelligence**
  • : Conduct ongoing market research to continuously analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • **Cross-functional Collaboration**
  • : Leverage your knowledge of marketing, ad campaigns, and photography to support the sales cycle and coordinate effectively with the production and creative departments.
  • **Performance Tracking**
  • : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results achieved.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • :
  • **Education**
  • : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • **Experience**
  • : Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • **Core Skills**
  • : Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • **Industry Knowledge**
  • : Solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing fundamentals, alongside a general knowledge of commercial photography and advertising production workflows.
  • **Language Proficiency**
  • : Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (Written and Spoken) is strictly required.
  • **Preference**
  • : Prior experience working within a marketing, advertising, or creative production agency is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
