- Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and other platforms
- Identify and connect with key decision makers including Marketing Managers, Procurement Managers, PR Managers, and business owners
- Conduct initial outreach via LinkedIn, email, website contact forms, and other digital channels
- Obtain verified contact details including direct phone numbers, mobile numbers, and business email addresses
- Create, update, and maintain lead records in the company’s CRM system on a daily basis
- Record all outreach activities, communication history, follow up actions, lead status, and notes accurately in the CRM
- Ensure data accuracy, prevent duplicate entries, and maintain a clean and organized lead database
- Follow up with unresponsive prospects according to the company’s outreach process
- Qualify potential leads and hand them over to the sales team with complete information and clear notes
- Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation, verified contacts, and qualified opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, B2B Prospecting, Online Research, or similar role
- Hands on experience using CRM systems for lead entry, tracking, and data management
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Search, and online research techniques
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve performance targets
