Overview

  • We are looking for a detail oriented and results driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development and sales teams.
  • The role focuses on online prospecting, digital outreach, obtaining verified decision maker contact information, maintaining accurate CRM records, and transferring qualified leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Google, company websites, business directories, and other relevant online platforms.
  • Identify and connect with key decision makers, including Marketing Managers, Procurement Managers, PR Managers, and business owners.
  • Conduct initial outreach via LinkedIn, email, website contact forms, and other digital channels.
  • Obtain verified contact details for the relevant person, including direct phone numbers, mobile numbers, and business email addresses.
  • Create, update, and maintain lead records in the company’s CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Record all outreach activities, communication history, follow up actions, lead status, and notes accurately in the CRM.
  • Ensure data accuracy, prevent duplicate entries, and maintain a clean and organized lead database.
  • Follow up with unresponsive prospects according to the company’s outreach process.
  • Qualify potential leads and hand them over to the sales team with complete information and clear notes.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation, verified contacts, and qualified opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, B2B Prospecting, Online Research, or a similar role.
  • Hands on experience using CRM systems for lead entry, tracking, and data management.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Search, and online research techniques.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create professional outreach messages.
  • High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve performance targets.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, media production, or professional services is an advantage.

  • This is not a call center or direct sales position.
