- Lead artistic and visual direction of all agency campaigns across social media, marketing productions, and multi dimensional design projects
- Direct, inspire, and manage the design team, providing clear creative direction and developing their capabilities
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate brand objectives into visual concepts
- Oversee development of visual identities and brand guidelines for clients
- Work with production and camera teams to ensure high visual quality in film and video projects
- Develop and implement professional design standards and foster a collaborative culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or similar creative leadership role
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma
- Strong understanding of video and motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
- Deep understanding of Saudi and Gulf markets and cultural nuances
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Highly organized and familiar with project management systems (Monday.com or Asana)
