Job Description

We are looking for a

Freelance Sales Representative

to join our team on a

commission-based model

, with the possibility of becoming a full-time team member if strong results are achieved.

The role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys meeting potential clients, and can help us turn leads into real business opportunities.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to communicate with potential clients, attend meetings, understand their business needs, and collect the initial requirements.

Our internal team will support you with company information, service details, marketing materials, and leads generated from our campaigns.

After you collect the client’s needs, our team will continue with the technical study, proposal preparation, and final solution presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with potential clients.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospects.
  • Understand the client’s business needs and collect initial requirements.
  • Present the company’s services in a clear and professional way.
  • Coordinate with the internal team after client meetings.
  • Keep track of leads, client status, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the sales process until the opportunity becomes a confirmed project.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and ask the right questions.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven personality.
  • Good follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Experience in software, IT services, digital solutions, or marketing services is a plus.
  • Arabic is required; English is a plus.
