- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and client needs
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure backlog readiness for upcoming sprints and support effective sprint planning
- Set the project roadmap and proactively control it
- Collaborate with development, design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment
- Review completed features and validate deliverables before client release
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and stakeholders
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, product reviews, and regular project follow up meetings
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate risks proactively, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and participate actively in Agile ceremonies
- Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and work with teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain clear and organized product documentation and communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in software development environments
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

About the Role

- You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and leadership teams to transform requirements into well defined product solutions.
- This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing software projects, facilitating communication between business and technical teams, and taking ownership of product delivery in an Agile environment.

Requirements

- Experience in software agencies or custom software development companies is preferred.
