Job Overview
Bidaya Consultants is looking for motivated **Sales Consultants** to join our growing team in the visa and overseas job consultancy sector.
This role involves handling client inquiries, explaining services, and guiding potential customers through the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain visa and overseas job opportunities to clients
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication
- Support the sales process and assist in converting leads
- Maintain accurate client records and updates
- Work towards achieving monthly performance targets
Requirements
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred
- **Freshers are welcome to apply** if they have strong communication skills
- Proficiency in **Hindi, English, and Malayalam** is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
Salary & Benefits
