- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or consultancy preferred
- Minimum 3 months of relevant experience is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, email communication)
- Ability to work in a fast paced and performance driven environment

Job Overview
- Bidaya Consultants is looking for enthusiastic and customer focused Immigration Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

Requirements
