Job Type:** Full-Time
**Salary:** AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month + Incentives
Job Overview
Bidaya Consultants is hiring **Immigration Consultant** to handle client inquiries and assist customers with visa and overseas job opportunities.
This is a target-driven role suited for candidates with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain visa and overseas job services clearly to clients
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships
- Support lead conversion and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain accurate client records and updates
Requirements
- Minimum **3 months experience** in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred
- **Freshers can apply** if confident in communication and sales
- **Languages required:** Hindi, Punjabi, and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM is a plus)
- Ability to work in a performance-based environment
