Job Summary

  • The Sales Consultant promotes and sells vehicles and automotive products.
  • Role involves showroom based sales, client follow ups, test drive coordination, and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Focus is on sales operations for the newly introduced Electric Vehicle — AITO.

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance, and financing.
  • Proactively follow up on leads generated through walk ins, calls, or digital platforms.

Quotation & Documentation

  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts in coordination with finance and admin team.
  • Ensure all required documents (IDs, payment receipts, registration forms) are accurately submitted.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain contact with existing customers for repeat sales, service reminders, and feedback.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the pre sale and post sale processes.

Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor products.
  • Attend training sessions and product launches as required.

Qualifications, Certifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in automotive sales (new or pre owned vehicles).
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales software (e.g., Autoline, Salesforce, DMS).
  • Strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, and financing options.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Ability to prepare quotations, manage leads, and handle documentation efficiently.
