Responsibilities
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance, and financing
- Proactively follow up on leads generated through walk ins, calls, or digital platforms
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts in coordination with finance and admin team
- Ensure all required documents (IDs, payment receipts, registration forms) are accurately submitted
- Maintain contact with existing customers for repeat sales, service reminders, and feedback
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the pre sale and post sale processes
- Stay updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor products
- Attend training sessions and product launches as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field
- 3 6 years of experience in automotive sales (new or pre owned vehicles)
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM and sales software (e.g., Autoline, Salesforce, DMS)
- Strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, and financing options
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Ability to prepare quotations, manage leads, and handle documentation efficiently

Job Summary
- The Sales Consultant promotes and sells vehicles and automotive products.
- Role involves showroom based sales, client follow ups, test drive coordination, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Focus is on sales operations for the newly introduced Electric Vehicle — AITO.
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance, and financing.
- Proactively follow up on leads generated through walk ins, calls, or digital platforms.
Quotation & Documentation
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts in coordination with finance and admin team.
- Ensure all required documents (IDs, payment receipts, registration forms) are accurately submitted.
Customer Relationship Management

Qualifications, Certifications & Experience
