- Engage potential and existing clients to understand their wellness goals and recommend suitable services
- Conduct consultations, provide product and service information, and prepare tailored proposals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and coordinate with clinical and front desk teams
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell or cross sell appropriate services
- Work towards individual and team sales targets while representing Aionis with a consultative approach
Requirements
- Strong sales consulting and consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend solutions
- Proven ability in customer service and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills including active listening and clear explanation
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or related service oriented industry
- Comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools
- Goal oriented mindset with ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, including flexible hours, evenings, or weekends
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred

- Based in West Bay, Doha, the center combines medical grade care with cutting edge artificial intelligence to deliver personalized treatment experiences.
Role Description
- Engage potential and existing clients, understanding their wellness goals and recommending suitable services and treatment plans.
- Conduct consultations, provide product and service information, prepare tailored proposals or packages, and follow up to support client decision making.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, coordinate with clinical and front desk teams to ensure smooth client journeys.
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell or cross sell appropriate services.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets while representing Aionis with a consultative, client centered approach.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate wellness and aesthetic solutions.
- Proven ability in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear explanation of services, and professional presentation.
- Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or a related service oriented industry is highly desirable.
- Comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools and following structured sales processes.
- Goal oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining ethical, client first practices.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, including flexible hours, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
