Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within Aionis Wellness, supporting dermatology, aesthetic, physiotherapy, and integrative health services
- Perform clinical assessments, assist with procedures, monitor patient responses, and ensure accurate documentation in alignment with clinic protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support AI informed treatment plans and deliver safe, evidence based care
- Educate patients on treatment processes and aftercare
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license, with eligibility to practice in Qatar; nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Clinical skills in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and hands on support for dermatology, aesthetic, and physiotherapy procedures
- Strong patient communication abilities, including clear explanation of treatments, aftercare instructions, and wellness programs in a culturally sensitive manner
- Competence in clinical documentation, electronic health records, and basic digital tools used in AI informed diagnostic and treatment workflows
- Knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards in outpatient and wellness focused medical settings
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, adapt to innovative technologies, and manage multiple patients and tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in dermatology, aesthetics, rehabilitation, or integrative wellness settings is an advantage
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial but not required
