About the Role
Aionis Health & Wellness Center seeks a Consultant Dermatologist to lead advanced medical and aesthetic dermatology services. The role combines clinical diagnosis with cosmetic and laser procedures in a luxury, AI-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat medical dermatology conditions (acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, hair/scalp disorders)
- Perform aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, mesotherapy, chemical peels
- Conduct laser and device based treatments (Fractional CO2, Pico laser, RF microneedling, HIFU, laser hair removal)
- Use AI skin analysis tools for treatment planning and digital before/after tracking
- Design premium treatment packages and increase conversion from consultation to treatment plan
- Train therapists/laser technicians and participate in content creation
Requirements
- MD + Dermatology specialization
- QCHP licensed or eligible in Qatar
- Minimum 3–5 years aesthetic dermatology experience
- Strong experience in injectables + lasers
- Experience in premium/private clinics preferred

Role Purpose
- To lead advanced medical + aesthetic dermatology services at Aionis, combining clinical diagnosis with high end cosmetic and laser procedures under a luxury, AI driven treatment environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Diagnosis & treatment of acne, rosacea, pigmentation disorders, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, hair & scalp disorders
- Prescription based dermatology care plans, follow up & long term skin management
- Botox & dermal fillers (full face harmonization), PRP (hair + skin rejuvenation), mesotherapy, skin boosters
- Chemical peels & skin resurfacing
- Fractional CO2 / Erbium resurfacing, Pico laser, RF microneedling, HIFU / skin tightening, laser hair removal supervision
- Use AI skin analysis tools for treatment planning, digital before/after tracking, personalized protocol creation
Required Qualifications
- MD + Dermatology specialization
- QCHP licensed or eligible in Qatar
- Minimum 3–5 years aesthetic dermatology experience
- Strong experience in injectables + lasers
- Experience in premium/private clinics preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- International certifications (AAD, EADV, etc.)
- Experience with Korean/Japanese aesthetic systems
- Strong patient communication + social media presence
- Experience with AI/skin imaging systems
Compensation Model
- Option 1: Fixed + Incentive (Recommended)
