Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and delight customers by delivering a world class luxury selling experience.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Build lasting relationships by developing and maintaining a loyal clientele base.
  • Provide expert guidance on product craftsmanship, brand heritage, features, warranties, and trends.
  • Ensure exceptional after sales experience, adhering to repair and return processes.

Whom we are looking for

  • Minimum of two years' experience in sales and customer service within the retail luxury industry.
  • Experience in watches or jewellery highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic or Russian.
