Role

As a Sales Closer (Sales Executive) at Prime Circle Banking, you are at the heart of the group's growth.

Your mission:

turn a steady flow of qualified leads into clients, with method, discipline, and a genuine closing culture.

  • Every call has an objective, a method, and a result.

  • Dozens of leads per week.
  • You qualify fast, prioritize well, and let none fall through the cracks.

  • Our client base is global and time zones are demanding.
  • You are flexible, responsive, and available when it matters.
  • **Tool-fluent & organized -**
  • Telegram, WhatsApp, Pipedrive or HubSpot: you log every interaction, follow up at the right time, and keep your CRM clean.
  • **Follow-up client experience -**
  • You have already sold high-value services (consulting, training, SaaS) and you know the online digital business ecosystem.

1. Closing & Pipeline Management

  • Handle inbound leads generated through our VSL funnel
  • Quickly qualify each prospect against defined criteria
  • Run closing calls with rigor and method
  • Maintain a high conversion rate across the pipeline

Follow-Up & Nurturing

  • Execute proactive, structured follow-ups on every unclosed lead
  • Keep the CRM (Pipedrive / HubSpot) fully up to date: statuses, history, next steps
  • Coordinate exchanges via Telegram and WhatsApp with responsiveness and professionalism
  • Never let an opportunity go cold without a follow-up action

International Communication

  • Operate across multiple time zones depending on client location
  • Conduct calls and written exchanges in English (mandatory) and French
  • Adapt your sales pitch to each prospect's profile and context
  • Represent the image and values of Prime Circle Banking in every interaction
  • 4.

Reporting & Performance

  • Track your KPIs: leads handled, conversion rate, closed volume, revenue generated
  • Deliver regular and reliable reporting to management
  • Identify recurring objections and share insights to improve the funnel
  • Suggest pitch or process adjustments based on field feedback

Profile

  • 1 to 3 years minimum in selling coaching or advisory services (coaching, consulting, training, finance, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the online digital business ecosystem (infoproducts, online courses, coaching, sales funnels, etc.)
  • Fluent English MANDATORY - written and spoken, on calls and messaging
  • Operational proficiency with Telegram and WhatsApp as sales and follow-up tools
  • Knowledge of Pipedrive and/or HubSpot hands-on experience is a strong plus
  • Extended availability comfortable with time zone differences and calls outside standard hours
  • Proven experience closing by call you can run a full sales conversation from open to close
  • Autonomous, organized, results-driven you don't count your follow-ups
  • French fluency appreciated (international French-speaking community targeted)
