Overview
We are looking for a Sales Business Development Executive to identify, approach, and convert brands and companies into paying MOTAD clients. This role involves owning the pipeline from first contact to signed agreements, using AI tools for prospecting, and representing MOTAD at industry events.
What You'll Do
- Identify and target companies and brands across UAE and the GCC that are a strategic fit for MOTAD's integrated offering.
- Build and manage a structured, active prospect pipeline with consistent follow-through.
- Lead outreach across email, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events to generate qualified meetings.
- Develop compelling pitch decks and credentials presentations tailored to each prospect's business challenge.
- Conduct discovery meetings, understand client marketing objectives, and position MOTAD's services accordingly.
- Negotiate and close new business agreements, coordinating with creative and strategy leads for pitch support.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and share structured updates with leadership.
- Represent MOTAD at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings across the UAE.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in an advertising, creative, digital, or media agency.
- Demonstrated track record of winning new business in the UAE market.
