RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a catalyst for the organization by being a brilliant representative of the company.
• Manage effective communication between the client and the team.
• Assign tasks, coordinate between the creative team, review each step, offer suggestions and meet the project expectations.
• Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
• Juggle effectively between multiple client’s needs and ensure the timely delivery of the projects.
• Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
• Creating project quotations, preparation of invoices and agreements.
• Understand the core objective of clients’ marketing needs, come up with implementable ideas, and make recommendations accordingly.
• Ensure every team mate positively imbibes and practices the ideology of the organization, so as to maintain a good working environment.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation or MBA with excellent communication skills and min 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Great presentation skills to bring life to the work done by the creative team and present it to the client.
• Excellent self‐presentation skills and phone etiquettes.
• Excellent management skills, research aptitude, strong desire to excel in the creative agency.
• Well‐versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest/Education in Advertising, sales and Marketing.
• Min Experience of 3 Years is a must.
• Experience in Customer Service and Brand Marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
