- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and company policies
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail sales experience preferred; fashion retail experience is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for fashion, shapewear, and customer service
- Positive attitude with a proactive and energetic approach
- Strong sales and relationship building skills
- Excellent presentation and professionalism
