Role Description

  • As an employee you will be responsible for planning, monitoring performance, optimization based on best practices, reporting, and supporting continuous improvements to drive strong ROAS and revenue growth across GCC e commerce markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of a full funnel campaign (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
  • Ensure alignment of paid media activities with commercial priorities, promotions, and product focus.
  • Initiate and execute testing initiatives (creatives, audiences, formats, landing pages, product feeds) internally with the creative team and the E commerce store management team.
  • Report performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Track & optimize based on key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV.
  • Highlight performance trends and share insights with the team.
  • Flag underperformance and support in identifying improvement actions.
  • Monitor the budget spending on Google ads.
  • Ensure budgets are being utilized in line with plans and highlight and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in tracking performance against targets and basic profitability metrics.
  • Work closely with internal e commerce, data, creative, and content teams to support campaign execution.
  • Assist in preparing clear briefs for creatives based on performance needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2 3 years experience in performance marketing for e commerce (GCC markets).
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of full funnel performance frameworks and scaling strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets (USD 1M+ year).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to review reports, results, and optimization logic.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and follow up discipline.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.
