Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role for a Media Buyer, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed, and driving strong ROAS and revenue growth across GCC e commerce markets.

Campaign Management

  • Own and manage paid media performance across all platforms end to end.
  • Ensure best practices in campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization are consistently applied.
  • Lead weekly performance reviews and proactively action findings.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute full funnel campaign strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
  • Align paid media activities with commercial priorities, promotions, and product focus.
  • Design and run testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Build, maintain, and present performance dashboards and reports.
  • Track key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV.
  • Identify performance trends, flag underperformance, and implement improvement actions.

Budget Management

  • Own and manage media spend across all channels.
  • Ensure budgets are allocated and utilized in line with plans, and flag discrepancies proactively.
  • Track performance against targets and profitability metrics.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal e commerce, creative, and content teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Prepare clear and actionable creative briefs based on performance data and campaign needs.
  • Coordinate with marketplace teams to support promotional activities on platforms like Amazon and Noon.

Execution & Optimization

  • Independently manage campaign updates, optimizations, and delivery timelines across all platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent and disciplined execution and reporting cadence.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands on experience in performance marketing for e commerce (GCC markets).

What We're Looking For

  • Proven hands on experience directly managing paid media campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, and Google paid media ecosystems.
  • Previous experience with Amazon Ads is a plus.
  • Strong command of full funnel performance frameworks and scaling strategy.
  • Proven ability to independently manage large budgets (USD 1M+ per year).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and act on them.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and self sufficient.
