Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, introducing them to our range of premium chocolates and confectionery products
- Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and tasting experiences to maximize sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure that shelves, displays, and promotional areas are clean, attractive, and fully stocked at all times
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with travelers from different nationalities
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations
- Maintain high standards of grooming and presentation in line with airport and company policies
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in duty free, airport retail, luxury retail, or FMCG
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills
