Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell the company’s products, ensuring a memorable shopping experience
- Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable products
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain attractive and well organized product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations, company policies, and duty free operating procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, grooming, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Previous sales experience, preferably in duty free, airport retail, or luxury retail
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Professional and friendly demeanor

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 5,000.00 per month
