Sales and Customer Management
- Develop relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and secure agreement on customer requirements.
- Cultivate a professional network and represent the organization at industry events.
- Configure complex product-and-service solutions and negotiate agreements within commercial parameters.
Commercial and Operational Management
- Manage pricing and terms projects and negotiate with external strategic partners.
- Control assigned business performance metrics in alignment with financial goals.
- Manage contracts and negotiate service-level agreements for major contracts.
- Oversee CRM implementation and maintenance within the area of responsibility.
- Implement compliance management for specified external partner segments.
- Develop product education courses to improve performance and meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Extensive experience handling the majority of situations and advising others.
- Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.
- In-depth understanding of current and emerging regulations and industry best practices.
Professional Standards
Maintain external accreditations through continuing professional development, conferences, and specialist media.
