About the Role
Laduree by French Spirit Coffee Shop is hiring a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, handle cash, maintain stock, and ensure cleanliness. Requires 2 years of restaurant sales experience and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards
- Give advice to customers regarding food products
- Ensure efficient and responsible handling of cash
- Maintain standard setting of the window displays
- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimum stock handling within the restaurant/outlet
- Ensure restaurant/outlet procedures are followed to reduce wastage of food and non food items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards; monitor through audit and quality checks
- Handle all customer queries and comments to ensure customer satisfaction; resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role
- Female. Preferably Russian or Arabic speaker
- Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing)
- Can join immediately, preferably on a cancelled or visit visa
- Flexible to work in any location within UAE

- Handle all customer queries and comments to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and to the guest’s satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role.
- Female. Preferably Russian or Arabic speaker.
- Experience from the food retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Certification in Food and Beverage/Hospitality would be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing).
- Can join immediately, preferably on a cancelled or visit visa.
- Flexible to work in any location within UAE.
