Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets in the GCC, Asian and African markets
- Manage end to end sales — from sourcing to client delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers, and government entities
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and suppliers
- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote company products
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regional trade regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in rice and grains trading within GCC and/or African markets
- Strong network of buyers and suppliers in the agro commodities industry
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of international trade documentation and logistics
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive with strong experience in handling petrochemical products like (soda ash, bitumen, sulphur, urea, calcium chloride so on) across GCC, Asian and African markets.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing client relationships within the oil and gas commodities sector.
Key Responsibilities
