Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive with strong experience in handling petrochemical products like (soda ash, bitumen, sulphur, urea, calcium chloride so on) across GCC, Asian and African markets.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing client relationships within the oil and gas commodities sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets in the GCC, Asian and African markets.
  • Manage end to end sales — from sourcing to client delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, wholesalers, and government entities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote company products.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional trade regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, International Trade, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in rice and grains trading within GCC and/or African markets.
  • Strong network of buyers and suppliers in the agro commodities industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of international trade documentation and logistics.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.
