Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier accounts
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Process payroll and employee expense claims (if applicable)
- Support inventory reconciliation and cost analysis where required
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day to day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting the finance department with timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger.
