Your Role As A Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, your day revolves around providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests professionally, identifying their needs, and ensuring they choose the right tools or equipment.
You handle sales transactions, including closing, invoicing, and product loading, while staying informed about Acme Tools' product offerings.
