Role Description
Support sales activities, build customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Understand customer needs, present products or services, respond to enquiries, and follow up with prospects.
Maintain accurate customer information, assist with sales administration, identify new opportunities, and support a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Comfort working with sales targets, customer data, and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and priorities effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach with willingness to achieve results.
