- Comply with pricing and ticketing procedures to ensure accurate pricing
- Apply merchandising principles to maintain attractive store displays
- Maintain clean and tidy store through cleaning program in assigned department
- Assist in stock takes, new store openings, product launches, and seasonal events
- Report processes not functioning properly to higher management

Role Overview

- The position involves collaborating with team members and management to facilitate operational workflow and participate in store events.
What You Will Do
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times, both internal and external, by being aware of product categories and assisting customers professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Operate the point of sales system as needed and be aware of procedures for cash operations.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in all transactions to ensure financial integrity.
- Actively learn product uses and benefits to advise customers on the right products.
- Use product knowledge to enhance sales through add on selling techniques.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and display goods in accordance with approved procedures.
- Stock shelves and organize products as per merchandising guidelines.
- Comply with in store procedures for pricing and ticketing to ensure accurate customer pricing.
- Monitor and adjust pricing to reflect special promotions and seasonal changes.
- Apply merchandising principles to ensure a strong corporate image and attractive store displays.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store by initiating and executing a cleaning program in the assigned department.
