Life World Medical Supplies is looking for **Sales Assistant.**
Job Description
- Primary responsible to increase sales by selling products and meeting the customer needs
- Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Examine products being purchased for damages, expirations, and product accuracy inside the packaging.
- Replenishes the stocks on display and ensures the availability of stocks in the selling area
- Making sure that merchandise are arranged properly on display
- Ensure a High level of satisfaction through excellent services
- Acknowledge the presence of the customers by greeting them with a smile and maintaining eye contact.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
- Describe merchandise and explain use and operation, provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care, and maintenance of the product
- Extend help and assistance to the customer/patient who is in a wheelchair or with crutches, handicapped or person with a disability that might need assistance by carrying the item/s bought and assisting them in going back in their car.
