Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products, services, and solutions to existing and prospective customers while developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities
- Deliver on site support including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, inspections, and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and operational reliability
- Plan and execute customer visits, manage assigned accounts/territories, oversee lead generation activities, manage portals, and ensure achievement of sales and service targets
- Collaborate with customers, OEMs, workshops, and industry stakeholders to influence specifications, secure service and spares contracts, generate project leads, and expand market presence
- Provide product training, conduct equipment surveys and assessments, identify upgrade and retrofit opportunities, prepare inspection reports and quotations, and support continuous business growth through technical and commercial expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with strong knowledge of rotating equipment, mechanical seals, and related mechanical systems
- Practical experience and solid expertise in a similar role
- Hands on experience with CRM Tools is desirable
- In depth understanding of sales principles, customer service practices and similar environments
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel: Regular trips to customer sites

Responsibilities

Qualifications
